Hello,
I have been a patient of Leslie at Koru Hearing, Inc. for 3 years now and she is wonderful!   She is so attentive and thorough in her assessment of my needs; I would always recommend her and her husband as well for anyone's hearing needs.

I am so grateful to have Leslie helping me with my hearing aids which are great!  I am a pianist and hearing is so important to me. Thank goodness I found her from a friend's recommendation in Aurora, OR !

I started wearing hearing aids over 5 years ago, but never really used them regularly because they were uncomfortable and just didn't work for me. I've gone to several other Audiologists and Leslie is the only one that has helped me actually use and wear them every day.  She has provided the most friendly, helpful and comprehensive care. As I neared my 70th birthday I decided to get a long overdue hearing aid. For some reason I was apprehensive. However, after meeting and talking with Leslie for five minutes I knew I was in caring and capable hands. My hearing aid has been perfect and all my follow up visits have been helpful and thoroughly enjoyable. Leslie is the best health care (ear care?) professional I've ever experienced. I am glad she is my provider and my friend. She is simply the best.

I can't say enough about Koru Hearing's kindness and caring professionalism. I arrived as a conference attendee to Portland without my luggage and the hearing aid charger inside. Leslie loaned me her clinic's charger for the week and said, "Just bring it back when you're leaving town." Kind and trusting indeed! Unlike many other audiologists, Leslie listens to me. After taking a hearing exam, she knew exactly which hearing aids fits me. She always welcomes me each time and constantly checks in. I wish I could give this place a higher rating! My mother is a 62 year old woman who has struggled with hearing for the last 10 years. Initially she told my sister and I that there was no fix for her hearing however it has drastically declined so we forced her to go see her PCP which referred us to Leslie. Upon entering the building we were warmly greeted and offered beverages and support with the intake paperwork. Leslie was patient empathetic and very understanding with my mother. She made my mom feel safe and comfortable during the process and checked in with her emotionally throughout the process when she saw my mother tearful with the process. She spent 3 hours with the first appointment and allowed my mother to try hearing aids and take them home for 2 weeks before purchase. She did not rush our appointment, gave us a cell number for 24 hour communication when needed and made us feel like family. This business was extremely personable, accommodating, and supportive. We’re so happy with Koru.  Leslie is amazing.  She took her time with my mom, and got her hearing aids inserted and working right for the first time since she bought them (in another state) three years ago.  She’s competent and kind, and she goes above and beyond to make the client feel comfortable and important. .  Very reasonable, too!
